Depending on its legal status and policies, this allows a net monthly salary ranging from \u20ac2,800 to \u20ac3000, based on a gross salary of approximately \u20ac3,600\u2013\u20ac3,700. &#8220;Net&#8221; refers to income after deduction of mandatory social contributions (health, family, retirement), but before income tax and additional health insurance (\u201cmutuelle\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For Fellows with over 2 years of full-time post-doctoral experience (Senior):<\/strong> net monthly salary ranges from \u20ac3,450 to \u20ac3,550, corresponding to a gross salary of approximately \u20ac4,400\u2013\u20ac4,500.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mobility Allowance<\/strong>: An additional monthly allowance of \u20ac300 is provided to the hosting institution, allowing, after deduction of the social charges, approximately \u20ac120 for the Fellow. Depending on the employer\u2019s policy, this amount may be integrated directly in the salary and not appear as a bonus.
